Our main activities broadly focus on two major segments

YOUTH WING : Enrichment of knowledge of YOUTH

Our focus is to enrich the knowledge of today’s youth with a 360 degree approach.  Apart from formal academic knowledge, today’s youth require to equip themselves in an all round manner, to develop into a responsible and successful citizen.

Focusing on employability in all sense, be it academic, technical, computer and soft skill enhancement is our primary objective. This is directly to linked to their financial empowerment.

Next focus is on their health and social well-being where youth are emphasized to lead a healthy life with awareness on their roles, duties and rights in their social life.

EMPLOYABLITY GUIDANCE :

Training to youth in various fields through our “Skill Centre” to enrich their knowledge

Academic support sessions, career guidance counseling, technical training, computer and network training, language labs, communication and other soft skill enhancement programmes, employability training with the help of training experts.

WELL-BEING GUIDANCE :

Our next focus is the well-being of the youth in terms of their physical and mental health and also social well-being.

  • Physical Wellbeing :
    • Medical assistance through consultation with physicians for sickness of specific nature.
    • Informal chat on personal hygiene and family health by experts of respective fields.
  • Social Wellbeing :
    • Provide useful tips through periodic session on identifying hidden talents and capabilities, their social responsibilities.
WOMEN WING : Empowerment of WOMEN

Our focus is to empower women in a complete sense.

That is, financial empowerment which directly contributes in trending the standard of the entire family living in an upward direction.

Our next focus is their physical, mental and social well-being.  A woman is the pivotal point of a harmonious family and is in her hand to make or break a happy and healthy and harmonious family building.  Also social empowerment which teaches women to handle their family and society knowledgeably by keeping them well-informed on the roles, duties and rights.

 FINANCIAL GUIDANCE :

 Teach job skills and seed businesses  :

 In the WOMEN WING, our focus is to empower women in a complete sense.  Through these training, we aim to provide a livelihood to the poor especially destitute and widow.

  • Training through our “11 TO 3 CRAFT CENTRE” to housewives and all those women who are deprived of any form of training in wage-earning skills.
    • Simple and ‘make & sell’ craft is trained in this centre with a main focus on upcycling, use of low-cost raw materials, natural raw materials like jute, cotton, tailor left-over fabrics, reusable bottles, carton boxes. By this training, the women can engage in making handicraft and household items with minimum investment and can enhance their families financial situation.
  • Formal training like tailoring, food processing, bee-keeping, mushroom growing, masala and pickle making, beautician courses, etc.
  • Skill training like computer operations, typewriting, language classes etc.

WELL-BEING GUIDANCE :

 In the WOMEN WING, our next focus is the well-being of the women in terms of their physical and mental health and also social well-being.

  • Physical Wellbeing :
    • Medical assistance through consultation with physicians for sickness of specific nature both for women and teenage girls.
    • Medical camps for overall periodic check ups for non-communicable diseases and cancer related screenings.
    • Informal chat on personal hygiene and family health by experts of respective fields with focus on gynecology and women specific illness.
  • Mental Wellbeing :
    • Closed door counseling for women and adolescent girls on problems related to their personal life.
    • Optimal solution providing sessions.
    • Group discussion and informal chat on handling common day-to-day issues in family and children especially adolescents.
  • Social Wellbeing :
    • Provide useful tips through periodic session on identifying women’s hidden talents and capabilities, their social responsibilities, parenting, handling family and marital issues etc.
