Who We Are
Wonderhand foundation is situated in Coimbatore, India.
It was our long term dream of setting up a foundation with an objective of contributing our tiny bit to this society as a responsible citizen. Our focus will be the economically weaker section of people, who lack in education, life-earning skill training and awareness on basic rights and general awareness on health and well-being.
We plan to focus on the holistic development of youth through education, technical and vocational training, language and soft skills, computer and employability training etc. We are confident that this will pave way for the youth to consolidate their performance in earning a job and thereby lead a decent living.
Next we plan to focus on women. Most women are in distress whether employed or unemployed. We plan to focus on the financially dependent women through our craft centre by imparting training to create handicraft products using low cost raw materials and eco-friendly and recyclable materials. Apart from creating avenues for self-employment, we plan to provide awareness regarding health, legal rights, and mental health and render suggestive measures to ensure a happy and harmonious living.
